My name is Jasmine Castro. I'm in my mid 30's I bought my first home when I was 19 years old. Yes 19! It was built from the dirt up, in a brand new development. Now, I’m in my 3rd home and plan on buying 3 more. Contrary to belief buying a home can be done with $11k or less. I bought my second home with $3k out of pocket and no other money needed. I bought my 3rd home with $1k out of pocket, total.
